Summer Wine Receives a makeover

“Summer wine” is a classic-looking launch, built in 1992, it has been lovingly maintained by its second owners—a retired couple who have taken great pride in her upkeep.

Recognizing the need to modernize while preserving reliability, they recently repowered the vessel, replacing the tired but dependable Yanmar 4JH engines that had served them well for the past 17 years with a pair of new common rail engines.

The work was expertly carried out by Marine Diesel Solutions, renowned specialists in the marine industry, delivering a seamless conversion completed to a very high standard and fully aligned with the owners’ brief.

The result is a high-class installation that perfectly complements the timeless character of this graceful classic launch.
